Information about our Canada budget control service agreements and policies
1. General Terms
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between BudgetSharpLine and our clients for all budget control services provided to businesses and organizations. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Scope: These terms apply to all budget control services provided by BudgetSharpLine, including expense tracking, cost optimization, and business budget programs. Any changes to these terms must be agreed upon in writing.
2. Service Scope
BudgetSharpLine provides budget control support for businesses, organizations, and professionals. Our services include:
- Expense Tracking Services: Spending recording, bank reconciliation, and budget documentation
- Cost Optimization: Budget filing, cost analysis, and compliance management
- Spending Reporting: Monthly statements, annual reports, and management dashboards
- Expense Management: Employee spending, cost contributions, and statutory requirements
- Business Advisory: Cash flow analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning support
The specific scope of services will be defined in individual agreements. Additional services may be arranged separately.
3. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate and complete information, maintain proper documentation, and pay invoices on time. Commitment to the budget process is essential for achieving desired results.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees are based on the type and complexity of budget control services. Payment terms are specified in each agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Liability and Warranty
BudgetSharpLine provides services with professional care and in accordance with Canada law. Liability is limited to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Warranty is limited to correction of defective services.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All client information is treated as confidential and handled in compliance with Canada data protection laws and GDPR. Records are maintained as required by law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Budget materials will be returned after settlement of all invoices. Records are retained as required by law.
8. Final Provisions
Applicable Law: These terms are governed by Canada law.
Jurisdiction: Canada.
Amendments: Changes to these terms require written agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective.
Effective Date: January 1, 2025.
9. Refund Policy
If a client cancels a budget control program before any substantive work has begun, a full refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee. Once expense tracking or cost optimization services have started, refunds are not available except in cases of proven non-performance by BudgetSharpLine.
